Eligibility and Selection
The Fellowship is for gifted and called young African men and women who demonstrate Christian character, ministry commitment, teachability, leadership potential and readiness for an intensive residential formation journey.
Common requirements
What every applicant must show
- Strong Christian testimony.
- Active church membership and ministry involvement.
- Recommendation from a recognised Christian leader.
- Readiness to live in residence for 12 months.
- Readiness for weekday-evening and weekend fieldwork.
- Readiness to complete a six-month placement.
- Willingness to obey the Fellowship’s academic, residential, safeguarding and conduct requirements.
