Residential Formation and Fieldwork

Residence is mandatory because ministry formation requires more than attendance at lectures.

Why residence is mandatory

Fellows live, learn, pray, serve and grow within a disciplined Christian community. The residential environment creates room for accountability, character formation, mentoring, peer learning and consistent spiritual practice.

What a typical week includes

Lectures, seminars and tutorials

Supervised study and academic writing support

Prayer, worship and Scripture

Mentoring and accountability circles

Leadership and stewardship clinics

Weekday-evening ministry fieldwork

Weekend ministry service

Community responsibilities and reflection

Fieldwork

Compulsory throughout the residential year

Fellows serve under approved supervisors and may participate in church ministry, preaching, discipleship, mission, evangelism, chaplaincy, Christian education, administration or community outreach. Every Fellow keeps reflective records and receives regular feedback.
