The 18-Month Journey
Academic study, spiritual formation and fieldwork take place together during the first 12 months. A distinct six-month practical placement follows. Every component is compulsory.
Three Stages
How the eighteen months run
01
      Residential Formation
Twelve months of academic study, prayer, worship, mentoring, community responsibilities, leadership development and supervised fieldwork.
02
       Practical Placement
Six months of structured ministry responsibility in an approved setting, supported by a learning agreement, supervisor and assessed portfolio.
03
       Final Assessment and Commissioning
Final presentation, verification of all requirements, commissioning and induction into the Titi-Ofei Fellows Network.
COMPLETION RULEAn academic award alone does not confer recognition as a Titi-Ofei Fellow. Every Fellow must complete the residential formation, fieldwork, mentoring, placement and final Fellowship assessment.
