The placement gives each Fellow sustained responsibility in a real ministry or Christian institutional setting. It is designed to turn learning into demonstrated competence, service and measurable improvement.

Requirements

What Fellows must complete

  • Placement learning agreement.
  • Defined role and learning objectives.
  • Reflective logs and progress reports.
  • Midpoint and final evaluations.
  • Practical ministry or institutional improvement project.
  • Placement portfolio and final presentation.

Churches, institutions and ministries can offer supervised placement settings for Fellows entering their final six months.
