The placement gives each Fellow sustained responsibility in a real ministry or Christian institutional setting. It is designed to turn learning into demonstrated competence, service and measurable improvement.

Requirements
What Fellows must complete
- Placement learning agreement.
- Defined role and learning objectives.
- Reflective logs and progress reports.
- Midpoint and final evaluations.
- Practical ministry or institutional improvement project.
- Placement portfolio and final presentation.

Churches, institutions and ministries can offer supervised placement settings for Fellows entering their final six months.
